14-day trial
Try Separalo for 14 days. If your trial requires no payment method and you do not add one, it ends without a paid subscription. If you authorize payment and conversion, the disclosed charges begin when the trial ends.
Price and renewal
The plan displays its currency and billing interval. Stripe shows the final amount and applicable taxes before you confirm your purchase. A paid subscription renews for the stated interval unless you cancel.
Manage or cancel from your dashboard
Subscription controls in your dashboard open Stripe’s customer portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period, with access continuing until then. See the terms for the refund policy.
Subscription and appointment payments
The price covers using Separalo, not the services you sell to customers. Online appointment payments and deposits are currently unavailable. Arrange payment for your services directly with your customers.
What your booking subscription includes
Are team members billed separately?
The plan includes up to 3 team members per business and up to 2 businesses. There is no separate member charge within those limits. The current price appears above.
Can I use my own branding?
Yes. Your booking page includes your name, logo, photos, link and QR code without Separalo branding. The installable app runs through the browser; you do not need an app-store listing to share your page.
Is there a fee per booking?
Separalo charges the subscription, not a commission on each appointment. We do not process your customers’ service payments or deposits. Arrange those payments separately.
Does the QR tool require a subscription too?
The public QR code generator is free and does not require an account. Creating and managing a Separalo booking page is part of the paid plan after the trial.
