Every business gets its own page with its name, logo, color, photos, link and QR code. Customers see services, prices and available times without calling or messaging, so the result is a booking instead of a conversation.
Multi-service, multi-professional booking
A customer can book several services in one visit and choose the professional, date and time for each. Availability respects each team member's hours, breaks and assigned services.
Calendar and appointment management
The dashboard brings together the calendar, bookings, contacts and manual bookings created by the business. Appointments can confirm automatically or wait for your approval, and your team's whole day is in one place.
Confirmations, reminders and changes
Separalo sends verification, confirmation and cancellation emails plus a day-before reminder. Customers reschedule or cancel from their private link within the business's rules, cutting back-and-forth messages.
Team members with their own access
Invite your team so each professional sees their schedule and appointments from their own account. The plan includes up to 3 team members per business and up to 2 businesses per account.

Separalo charges the subscription, with no commission per booking or new client. You share your page with your customers; Separalo does not include a marketplace that brings you bookings or process payments for your services.
Your brand included from day one
The booking page carries no Separalo branding. It uses your name, logo and color, and is included in the same membership as your calendar and team.
14-day trial and no long-term contract

The team behind Separalo
Separalo started in 2026 to solve a specific problem: service businesses lose hours coordinating appointments one message at a time. The idea was to give them a branded booking page that is simple to set up and affordable for small teams.
Separalo was founded by two co-founders and is operated by Nottifai LLC, a Texas company started by one of them. We work from Texas and Colombia, and support is answered directly by the people who build the product.
How Separalo works
Setup in minutes
You sign up, add your business, services and hours, and share your link. A simple setup takes about 5 minutes; a larger catalog or team needs more time.
Guided onboarding inside the product
A setup wizard and a checklist in the dashboard guide you to your first booking. No sales calls, installation or technical help are required.
Email support with the founders
Email [email protected] with setup, billing or privacy questions. You hear directly from Separalo's founders, in Spanish or English.
Billing from the dashboard
The subscription is managed through Stripe from the dashboard. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid period.

Separalo is online booking software for small service businesses. Each business gets a branded page where customers choose a service, professional, date and time, and the business manages everything from one calendar.
Do my customers need an account to book?
No. Customers enter their name and email and confirm the booking with the verification link they receive. They can reschedule or cancel from their private link.
Does Separalo take a commission on my bookings?
No. Separalo only charges the plan subscription. You arrange payment for your services directly with customers; online appointment payments and deposits are not currently available.
Does Separalo send WhatsApp or SMS reminders?
Not yet. Confirmations and the day-before reminder are sent by email today. You can share your booking link on WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook from the dashboard.
