How to help clients book the right lash appointment
Write a menu that distinguishes full sets, fills and brows. Set each service’s duration and leave time to prepare the station.

State who the fill is for
Describe who the fill is for, such as clients returning within three weeks. Publish the time limit and duration that match your service.
The example’s time limit should match your service. If removal and a fresh set are needed, create an option with that name and enough time for both jobs.
Give each option its full duration
| Service | Time reserved |
|---|---|
| Full set | 120 minutes. |
| Lash fill | 75 minutes. |
| Brow shaping | 30 minutes. |
Set each duration based on your usual appointments. If you offer removal and a fresh set, include removal in the service’s time.
Assign services and hours to each person
If one person provides extensions and another does brows, assign the corresponding services to each team member. Then set their hours and breaks.
Review a date on the public page to check which times appear for each service. Appointments need to fit the hours of the person providing them.
Adjust the buffer between appointments
If a fill takes 75 minutes and you need ten to prepare the station, set that buffer under “After each appointment.” Separalo accounts for the buffer when offering availability.
When appointments regularly run over, check the cause: if removal is being booked as a fill, clarify the description; if regular fills take longer, increase their duration. Each change addresses a specific cause of the delay.
Resolve fill questions before confirming
Adapt these questions to your service conditions and contact the client directly. Manual review keeps the request pending after email verification; it does not automatically assess whether the booking meets your fill requirements.
