How to take bookings through your Instagram link
Send clients from your profile to a page where they can choose the service and time. Check the link and explain which option includes removal.

Offer an option that includes removal

The removal option tells clients what to book when they already have product on their nails. Set these example times to match your work.
State which removal is included in the second description. Clients should be able to compare the options before choosing a time long enough for the full appointment.
Put the booking link on your profile
- Copy the public link from your business’s sharing options in Separalo.
- Add it to your Instagram profile links with the title “Book an appointment.”
- Open it from your profile and check that it shows your business and services.
Check that the full appointment fits your hours
If you finish at 6 pm, a 90-minute removal and application cannot start at 5 pm. Set your hours, each service’s duration and the buffer you need after each appointment.
Add bookings you have already arranged to the calendar. The page can then calculate available times with those commitments included.
Review bookings made through the link
The client chooses a service and time and enters their name and email. After verification, the appointment confirms automatically or waits for your approval, depending on the setting in Services.
If clients repeatedly choose the wrong option, correct the name or description they see when booking. “Without removal” and “With gel removal” are more helpful than two manicure names distinguished only by price.
Reply to booking inquiries with the right link
Adapt the reply to the products you remove. If you review requests manually, explain that clients still need to wait for your confirmation. This is a message for you to send; Separalo does not automatically reply to Instagram messages.
