How to organize your massage practice appointments
Publish massages by technique and length, assign appointments to your team, and let clients book online.
By the Separalo team
Publish each technique with its length
Each technique takes a different amount of your day. Listing them separately with their length and price keeps a client from booking 60 minutes for a massage that needs 90.
- 60-min Swedish massage: the most requested, ideal for new clients.
- 90-min deep tissue: more time, higher price.
- 75-min hot stone: a separate technique with its own price.
Leave a buffer between sessions
Changing sheets, airing out the room and welcoming the next client takes minutes that aren't massage. Set a buffer between appointments so your calendar shows the real day.
Assign appointments to your team
Add each therapist with the techniques they perform and their hours. Clients pick their therapist and see only their available times.
- Add each therapist as a team member with their hours.
- Assign the techniques each one performs.
- Share your link: the client books and the appointment already has a therapist.
Be clear about what Separalo does before the session
Publish 30, 60 and 90 minute sessions as separate services, each with its own price. Separalo has no intake forms, health history or SOAP notes. Collect that information on your own forms and keep it outside Separalo.
