How to organize your cleaning service appointments
Define services by cleaning type, block the real time each job takes, and assign every appointment to your team.

Define your services by cleaning type
Each cleaning type is a different job with its own length and price. Listing them separately prevents misunderstandings with the client before the visit.
- Standard cleaning: the recurring one, with estimated length by home size.
- Deep cleaning: more hours, for kitchens, bathrooms and neglected areas.
- Move-out cleaning: price and length for handing over the home ready.
Block the real time each job takes
A 2-hour cleaning never takes just 2 hours of your day. Travel, setup and wrap-up take time too. Set the estimated length plus a buffer between appointments.
With time properly blocked, your calendar shows the real day and you never accept two overlapping jobs.
Assign each job to your team
Add each person with the services they perform and their hours. Clients see the available times of whoever can take the job, and the work is assigned from the moment of booking.
- Add each cleaner as a team member with their hours.
- Assign the services each person performs.
- Share your link: the client books and the job already has an owner.
Decide how to handle contracts and job sizes
For home cleaning, publish one service per size with its length and price. Separalo does not create repeating series or price jobs by size, so each visit in a weekly contract is an appointment you or the client books. It does not process payments or deposits either.
